i was talking to some people today and they told me to start looking for scholarships in other countries.

i want to study systems engineering but its hard to start without knowing where to start and i would like to know if someone here knows about this matter. also, i would like some advises about where should i study, which university is "the best" in systems engineering and all that stuff

i have no idea what options exist in columbia, or all of south-central america for that matter but there are plenty of decent options for schools in the states. regarding scholarships, you won't be able to get any state/federal scholarship since you're not a citizen (i assume) so you're best shot would be to contact colleges specifically and see what options they offer. you're best bet with scholarships will be private colleges as opposed to the state ones.

lol, there's no one page that has a list of all the scholarships for every school in the world. you will have to narrow it down yourself (what area in the world you want to go to) and then go through college by college. i'd assume the european schools would be cheaper and offer less scholarship opportunites and be less inclined to take foreigners. the US schools would be the opposite, more expensive, more inclined to give scholarships, and more supportive of foreigners

canada would be a huge fail, at the university level the US is still head and shoulders above them. if i was you i'd try to get into some decent european school, but like i said getting a student visa is not going to be easy for you. it's not easy for americans these days let alone other less academically established countries
