Lets just remove it and call it reputation/why am I locked section cause in every scammer thread I see there's just a blank edited post.. this can easily be pmd and would save alot of work.
that the scammer accusations are useless, every post gets edited anyways and it would be better if another system would be created in which you would just pm the proof right away instead of posting

No. Accusations should be able to be viewed by the public, so they can decide whether or not they should trade with someone who has been accused.
Even if the proof isn't shown; people can still use their common sense based on the comments following the main post.

I also thought that there would certain persons that you could pm, like you, you use to hang around the s/a threads.

By posting the proof in the thread and then editing it out means that all staff can see it. It would be more work if the person uploaded them then forwarded to a staff member and that that staff member post that for the other staff to see in the staff discussion section. It's easier.
We edit the posts out most the time to protect the other users from getting their accounts compromised by admins of certain other sites.
This topic is pointless. I am closing it because our system works fine the way we have it now. _____________________
