based on the evidence in that thread, either party could have been scamming the other person. based on your logic we would have to ban them both then which would obviously not be fair on one of the parties that's obviously innocent. since nobody was scammed only one of those options was realistic.

i hate yaya as much as the next chap, but fair is fair.

The fact that Yaya admits to the password being changed, and being kicked out (obviously a lie but still) is proof that he was on the account, and the trade was "successful" until he didn't pay.

Luckily BVS was able to recover his account, and you can't do that if your account is njagged which it was according to Yaya

I can go on for days...this guy is a scammer the staff here is just to stupid to do anything about it
