| The section is why people join this site, they're not intrested of the games, the battlefield nor the lotd game. Taking away this section would decrease the traffic/people joining in alot in my opinion. |

Considering it's my topic, I can post as I please.
You on the other hand, are a scammer, and a known one at that, so your opinion is invalid.

I dont really dont think selling/trading should be slashed. I think it would be a much safer place if the mods would get a little more involved. _____________________

I don't see how we could get more involved.
It's not like we can mod peoples paypal accounts. T_T
I mean, even when someone gets scammed and we tell them we don't support it, we still try to help them out.
Not much else we can do. _____________________ Who will be your pretty little enemy?

I don't really want to argue about it but mods could definitely hold fgs while the paypal is being processed. If it goes through the mod sends to the buyer/seller. If not, he just gives it back to the original holder. Since most of the trading done here is for fgs it would prevent alot of scams. I know its not 100 percent and it could still be charged back but at least most people could make it past the first part of trading. _____________________

If you don't want to get scammed, it's pretty fucking simple. Just choose one of the following options
A) Don't use the section
C) if i did it'd probably be that stupid fucking shades faggot
D) don't be an idiot when trading. |

Then we would get blamed for holding/sending the money once they charge back.
Which they would. _____________________ Who will be your pretty little enemy?

You are an idiot and you have no understanding of what charge back means.
Let me try to explain this to you in simple TERMS.
Shelly sells Billy lemonade for $3.
Shelly gives Billy the lemonade.
Billy gives Shelly the $3.
Looks like everything is good.
Billy goes home and tells his mommy Shelly stole his $3.
Because the parents weren't involved in the transaction, they don't know who to believe and the money could end up going to either Billy or Shelly, in most cases Billy because he's a little dick like that.

Since you claim zero responsibility for ppl getting scammed in the first place I'm sure you could the same for charge backs. You just say something like this in the rules,
We will help transfer fgs but will not be held responsible for any charge backs. Plus anything else you could be held liable, you just deny liability. If someone got scammed and said it was you're fault tell them to go back and read the rules. Its just what I think anyway, I know it would be alot of work for the mods as well. _____________________

Well not only would it be more work on us, it would cause problems.
Scammers are still going to scam.
And people will not wait for meds anyways.
I for one don't want a S/A against me for helping someone trade. _____________________ Who will be your pretty little enemy?

mods getting involved with xfers of large sums (or frequent rapid transactions) of fg would increase the chances bigtime of accts getting njagged/locked. and like crystal said not much anything anyone can do vs. chargebacks. imo mods should just gtfo out of the section and if people want to trade they should know that there is a risk they will get scammed and it's nobody's fault but their own.
right now mods are wigwam, d3jsp says we're not moderators of d2jsp trades, but then again we ban/tag people for scamming there and attempt to moderate via tv and other methods. either be moderators of the trades (idk if possible) or don't at all |

getting rid of it will lose a lot of ppl
but i think there should be some outstanding mod being able to mediate and not scam
like shane with whoever that was
a mod that gets paid to do it? maybe? this will not cause the mod to be greedy since it is a legal job _____________________ When selling things for Cash I only accept the following:
