I need halps ! I am having withdrawals from the game.
Its bad enough I can only play it so long before it tells me I need to sleep.
Now I receive this message.

Oh, it's just a temp ban... It will lift in 24 hours.. I would recommend changing password to something easy, then there are no problems with failed passwords.. _____________________
At this time I request that You change my password.
And a new unban because this is day #2-3 ? that its blocked me.
When I initiate email me a new password.
It rebans me again.
When I click change pass in email it just directs me to the login page and says I am temp banned.
