I guess it depends on how much tech you need to make it, how much does it cost, damage, health, shield, armor. All that briggrin

twilight arch is as tough as an archon, and has some of the powers of a darck archon. MIND CONTROLL HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE.
