nah, rare boots can still spawn with mana. I think 30 is max though.
13str is nice sure, but u can get strength elsewhere. You can get up to 5rep life on rare boots i think...and 30frw 10fhr on top of that.
it's a cool items for collectors but I dont see how it would be useful on expansion where gg crafts and rares should be way better.
*bloodcraft boots has up to 20life. And 5-10rep life minimum btw

I know mana can still spawn, i said that mana.
On expansion they would no doubt be pretty worthless. I think Satan converted them to either piss off Drew or because he is ignorant to what items are available where.
On classic, getting 13 str on boots allows for so much flexibility in your other gear.

Strength is not spawnable on rare boots anymore. Neither is life. 40CR is max for boots.
Pretty sure that mana is unspawnable nowadays as well. |
that much mana is unspawnable on rares but you can craft a set of 50manas 5%max mana which overides that str (and then some) anyways |
