He may be your competition, but that doesn't mean you can't still be respectful. Maybe if he did something stupid, you can make fun of him for doing something stupid. But he didn't choose what he would be born looking like, just like you didn't. Making fun of someone for something they were born with or cannot prevent is just far too low for me.
