I purchased items for my son, he went afk a few times and now the account is suspended.

I want to do a reversal and want to know the best way to approach this.

Sustainably, I argue that the items were purchased for my son and the account was then suspended.
I no longer want to have my son play this game and wish to withdraw the purchase and end any further game play from this company.

Whats the best way to word this so paypal will accept the reversal ?

how long is the suspension for? also if you son goes afk alot, i would have him just play vs ai.

dont give up on the game just yet.

if u charged back they will suspend your account till resolved, u wont win the case tho

gl how much did u spend on the game?

Most the time you get banned or suspended for flaming people in game, such as cursing etc. This could be the problem.

My argument is that he went to town to heal and was also reading up about the game, I stated he never left the keyboard or the computer and I told them that he was a new player and excited about the game and when he got suspended it discouraged him from playing any longer.
