Do you think computer games are not as popular anymore, due to consoles?
At least first person shooters and such?

Well PC-games like Battlefield 1 & 2 were better on PC.
But nowadays you get almost every game on every console.

It depends on the Game

Games like Counterstrike and RPG's will be better at pc I think smile

and games like Fifa tekken and others are better at consoles

I have a setup on my PC w/emulator to run ps/ps2/ps3/xbox/xbox360/n64/snes pretty much any console they make my computer got the graphic card & processor to run it. Even if you had to use a remote for 'said' game cause you use to it , it pretty easy to get a adapter to run with playstation/xbox/etc controller. So if you invest enough time & effort into building a proper desktop computer you got a beast that could outrun & outprofemance any other console release today.

For fighting games, which I really enjoy, console is better. There are titles like MVC3, SSF4:AE, SS2HD Remix etc. But also playing RTS, like SC and SC2, which PC is better. So both sides has their apparent strong sides. So it really depends.

Most Console games are also available for PC, however, most PC games require Internet for you to actually play/register them, and some people can't afford internet/a good computer, so they buy a cheap xbox/ps3/wii instead.

Pc games will always destroy console games graphic wise due to better hardware, but it really depends on the type of games you play..FPS are best on PC while sports are better for console..but overall console's outsale pc games
