The email is a very important part, all the info and everything associated with the email would need to be the same, user name and age and bithdate to make sure there was no issues. With that being said, its safest to have him make a email with no info on age and name on it. Location should not matter. Paul or admin can see the name and the ages as its on your paypal wince your donated it can be easy to identify the age and name.
