I completely agree with the first part of your post about how locked users SHOULD NOT be allowed to trade until they get their status resolved
I don't agree with the warning people about others being "sketchy"
There's a lot of "sketchy" people here but doesn't mean all of them are scammers
Traders need to use some judgement before trying to send like $50 upfront to some random with no trade history then say WTF HE SCAN ME OMFG T_T
Or 1 solution to all, use a freakin med~~

Okay, here's a good example. Someone scams items online through a game, but they no longer have those items and cannot repay the scam because it's no longer in their possession.
How do you propose they repay the debt?
Use your head, seriously.
Also, it's 'your'.. Not 'youre'.

U have a point, but those ppl should have thought about that before they go and scam thats the risk they take.
And most scammers wont repay here so dont think this will be a issue really.
Its not like repaying can fix their status once a scammer always a scammer in my opnion. If they did it once why wouldn't they do it again.

You shouldn't be getting in "trouble" or anything.
The policy has always been: Trade in the s&t is by your own risk. If a user wants to trade with someone who is locked, it is the user's own fault. When that's said and done, I might go for it when people are scammer tagged.

Scammers repaying scams has nothing to do with trading/selling
nor should we care what they have to do to repay, its called use scammer accusation and repay your scam
you shouldnt be entitled to use the s/t forum to make trades as a SCAMMER to repay a SCAM, im sure ur against this considering youre a faggy d2jsp and d3jsp scammer

i feel like a locked user should be lockd outof trading but after a process tho.. they should be given a chance to plead there case and then let thestaff decide what happens next!
