If you're asking if you can transfer D3JSP FG --> D2JSP FG, then no

You can go to Selling and Trading section and look for someone who wants D3JSP FG vs D2jsp FG. The ratio is around 1 d2jsp FG : 2 - 2.5 d3jsp FG
