Looking for an echoing fury about 1130 dps 150 str or more with 95% cd or os. 30m gold.

There are a few at 40m that aren't selling and taking a 15% cut would put it at 34m from ah, 35m would put net gold at just under 30m. Link the stats and if they're what I'm looking for i would be willing to pay up to 40m if it's closer to 1200 dps, depends on stats though.
