Unless you mean when you get a PM, a tiny message box pops up. It means you are allowing d3jsp.org in the exception for your pop-up blocker in your browser. jsut remove it from there and you're good to go

i use google chrome

lol, or you can goto settings in your profile and select Notify on new Private Message, On / Off.
