All of the info is there, Western Union only, you pay for extra fees, not using any other methods.

Possibly selling this awesome wizard (My rank should be a lot higher since I am using one of the best LS weapon instead of those weak CD echoing fury that will make you instantly die to reflect mobs or other elites that may inflict damage to you, unless you want to kite around for a bit rather than just face tank everything straight up) via Western Union only, entertaining offers. I am currently in Canada so I am not paying for exchange fees if there is any.
