and then buy the wine from him... the wine heals lots of health but you looss some attack points temperarily

I prefer bones to peaches tablets.

(A tablet is a stone thing, if you have a tablet u don't need the required mage lvl to cast the representive spell, note that you can only use a tablet once)
(What bones to peaches tabs does is that they turn every bone in your inventory to an eatable peach [similar to bones to bananas])
(Alsol note that tabs and the acctual spell is member only)

Jug of win cost, if you buy from Fortunato, in Draynor, (whom I assume you mean): 128 gp each

Each hp healed by jugs of wine therefore cost roughly 11.6 gp(11.63636364 more exact)

Bones to peaches tablets(current market price is 1166 gp ea), with full inventory off bones (27), each hp healed cost about 5.4 gp (5.398148148 more exact)

Peacher is roughly about 5 gp cheaper each hp, if you use tabs

Only problem with peaches is that they requier bones, the more bones you have in your inventory the cheaper food you'll get

The spell itself requier mage lvl 60 and you need to complete mage training arena (when using the tablet u don't), the spell alsol takes up 2 more inventory spots the the tab, but cost around 600 (for buying the runes)

Swordfish, heals 14

Current market price now is 444 gp, withch means, that each hp healed by it cost around 31.7 gp (3171428571 more exact)

Another popular f2p food is lobsters

Aka lobs, heal 12

Current market price now is 251, meaning that each hp healed cost 20.9 gp (20.91666667 more exact)

So heres a littel "summary";

Peach 5.4 gp per hp healed
Wine 11.6 gp per hp healed
Lobster 20.9 gp per hp healed
Swodfish 31.7 gp per hp healed

Witch means, of them compared here, peaches are cheapest and swordfishes are expensiviest.

Time is money, fishing not worth it.. or well, if you don't enjoy fishing.. Just heard that 99 fishing can get you 200k gp/hour at most (don't know if thats correct)

About cooking the swodfishes, it's not worth to cook them untill lvl 86, or if you have cooking gauntlets, around lvl 81 (this can be dicussed however this is my opinion)
