I don't see why having more forums would hurt, it will just draw more people to the site

but how many ppl are going to use it is the question..

implementing this would take time, no matter how short it might be. there would be no garuntee many ppl would use it. if dota2 is a big game then perhaps yes

It's gained steam, thanks to the recent Intel Extreme Masters, but I doubt it'll catch up to League of Legends anytime soon, especially considering all the big things Riot Games has been pulling out this month.
