WTB IGG or D2FG

Looking to get the most D3 US Normal IGG I can for $50 paypal.

It looks like my best option may be to purchase d2jsp FG and than use that to purchase the IGG, but I'm hoping I can skip the middleman and buy direct at a decent price.

From everything I'm seeing...

Buy D2JSP gold at $11 per 1000 ~= 4500 FG ($50)

Buy IGG using 4500 FG at 2.0 ratio ~= 2.25 Billion
Buy IGG using 4500 FG at 1.9 ratio ~= 2.39 Billion
Buy IGG using 4500 FG at 1.8 ratio ~= 2.5 Billion


Now, I'm wondering if I should just play it slow and wait until I can get $10 per 1000 and maybe a 1.9 or 1.8 ratio, but I'm hoping someone here can offer me something decent for my $50.
