At any given time there is only like 20 people online.
6 of which are the "regulars"
That means majority of the votes came from casual users.
Add this shit, give them incentive to stay active and become regulars.
Imagine you play PoE, and you want to sell items. You come here, OH SHIT NO SECTION, *heads back to d2jsp*
