"Developer Riot Games has added a dastardly new game mode for League of Legends to the game’s public beta realm which will eventually make its way into the full game. The new “Nemesis Draft” mode allows each team to pick which champions the opposing team will be playing as.
Nemesis Draft is the very first featured game mode of 2015 (Riot cycles in various featured game modes throughout the year) and allows for some creative strategies that can be enacted before the match even begins. The mode is playable on the default Summoner’s Rift map and, as such, has two teams of five players duking it out. As in other draft modes, each team is able to “ban” up to three champions (making them un-selectable for the other team) only this time around they’ll essentially be banning themselves from playing as those champions. Once all five champions have been selected for each team, there is a free trading period so teams can decide which of their members would be best suited for each champion the opposing team picked for them."

Welcome to the NEMESIS DRAFT Game Mode!
Team Captains are now banning champions.
After the bans, it says this.
Players are now picking champions for the Enemy Team.
