Idea to help avoid losing your d2jsp acc from trading?

Hello, relatively new here but noticed a few people have had concerns with getting banned from trading fg.

Would having a fake, full transaction on d2jsp to mislead or throw off your scent work?

Example: A buyer purchases 2k of your fg for $20

1. Buyer creates a fake FT or Service post on Diablo 2 or 3 trade forums and sets price to 2k fg
2. Seller "bins" the fake item or service. (Don't forget to t4t! )
3. Transaction outside d2jsp via paypal, skrill, or whatever you've arranged resumes.
4. ???
5. Profit!

Unless I'm missing something, wouldn't this be the best course of action?

Thats how most of the trade is done but the problem is not getting caught doing trading but trading with wrong people.

LEt say you trade with d2jsp mod who has fake id on here to catch you trading. (usually buyer are not banned) and they take your fg and ban your id.

Some say Njaguar rewards the mod who catch the seller on d3jsp.

That is bigger problem then actual trading itself.
I have done many trade on Diablo 2 in game trade. I only take the screen shot to prove I have done legal trade but I was never warned or banned.
They have tons of people trade daily. They won't be able to tell which is fake or which is not. They can only rely and facts or proof of illegal trade.

Never considered there would be mods here.

A guy had it posts here before if your looking for fg buy Magic the gathering something or other for $10 sell it for 1000 fg unless prices changed I don't pay attition to that forum lol

There are few ways you can trade legally. In any system, there are loop holes and few things you can take advantage of. Look into those closely. You can stay in the guide line of each rules and still make profit.
