hmmm, moze to nie glupi pomysl. mi na bieganiu po godzince zaczyna brakowac energii

kiedys na keto byłem, to raz czy dwa kupilem ketony egzogenne. takie proszek o smaku paliwa rakietowego co ma dostarczac energii i zwiekszać stan ketozy.
