They are just general items you can sell at the trading post in every town.
Different towns have different items all the time though, so you kind of have to look around a bit.
The only things worth selling are: Shrunken Heads, Wool, Leather, Cloth

Wool, Leath, Cloth sell for gems and such, which is always good.
Shrunken Heads can go up to like 180 each, and you get like 15.
