vouch , theya re some guys that have IRL problems . That doesn't makes them inactive . They may miss from here for 1-2 months , but that not means they are bad MODS , someday they will come back 
Only tramway can decide to remove them from the MOD team.

This is why we should split up the user group, and rating.
So they can keep a tag when they come back; but can be put in a retired mod group, and have a Trusted/med rating. :/
The site doesn't have to be exactly like d2jsp, but that's one feature that should definatly be added IMO.
