as the site has grown i can see, I believe it would be wise to have even a few more moderators in the sense that atleast 1 will always be on if another isnt
maybe tram could make a topic and have people post who they think would be good for the spot, with that in mind you couldnt vote yourself!
Edit:
maybe even add a new group just to moderate the trading forums as most of the spam/crap comes from these forums on most sites

i do half to agree, we dont have many mods i mean i seen a topic where porn was posted for 4 days before anyone listened to me.

but look at hans side too, good mods are hard to come by and he dosent want a bunch of people messing up the site that dont know what thare doing thats why he takes his time picking mods

I vote yes to more mods, no to the thread and no the Joe being demoted.
He has IRL problems to deal with. Also, even if he wasn't dealing with IRl problems, what if his internet was broken? You cant just assume they quit and that they should be punished for this type of thing. You can't jump to any conclusions like you did. There are many reasons for someones absense.

I think that we should be getting new mods, but demoting someone for not being online-then no, since they are certain cases where they have to solve other issues than d3jsp

I don't think it's nice . You can PM random guy to vote for you and offer them some FG for doing that . No , i think only tramway should decided this .

I was talking about doing this in the donor forum where there arnt any randoms, and only folks that are committed to the site
