Meh, If he did scam than that's fucked up.
But the rules for that forum state trading is at your own risk.
So the lock wasn't right, but the tag removal was(no mod/staff should have accusations against them)

A scammer tag wont be changed through a petition. Once it's been decided whether or not Pinko scammed poker then the tag will stay or be removed accordingly.

I for one voted No.
If you are a staff member you should at least attempt to clear your name from the start, and from what I seen he didn't try.
E:I believe he shouldn't be a Staff member anymore.
I was kind of confused on the question..
If your asking if he should have his scam tag removed then maybe if he can prove his SELF innocent then sure, but I believe he shouldn't be a staff member any longer.

I understand that, but he was overwhelmed and didn't know how to defend himself.. Prob his first time being called a scammer he panic'd just like anyone would do at first..
Then when you have like 4 different people telling him he deserves the tag pretty much then yea I would be pissed an not know how to act..

You should calm down, with the language someone was suspended for that earlier today.
And if he doesn't defend himself then he is just proving it further that he had done something wrong. It's human instinct to defend your self when in trouble, and in my perspective he certainly is human. I know that all person's are different and everyone has different ways of reacting to things but seriously if your in a high position of power, why not at least attempt to end it at the beginning instead of making it last so long, and making this big of a fuss over it. Anything that happens from this point on I believe is his own fault. There is no one else to blame quite frankly. |
