team capes are non member yup

Member capes are skill capes

non member can't buy them .

It's for sure over a year ago the made them free or something, I think it was at the time they realeased clan wars and made duel arena free and removed wildy...

Whis they'd make the skill capes free, atm if take of mine I cannot put it on again unless I become member again. Probably never gonna happen either since noone around here sells mem pins. This topic seems pretty open to me tho...
