Time Machine

You wander into a thicket fit for Robin Hood's Yeomen.

You find the entangled overgrowth deep within the gloomy canopies.

You manage through the vines and thorned webs to find a stone pedestal.

The stone is white, cracked and a sword hilt jutting out from the narrow pocket.

The stone is large, suitable for a house's foundations you think.

You climb upon it and see a strange contraption; it looks to be made of glimmering stones, metal baubles, and coarse animal furs fastened together on a machine.

You find the skeletal remains of a person about the length of your foot.

You find a note and it reads: (Read below for the prompt)

You have found my most prized possession, my time machine.
It runs off of the hopes and aspirations of your life, and can take you wherever you wish.

There is a problem; It has taken me thirty years to find the hopes I had before to use it twice, so you may only use it once.
