make it so if you have x gems and ether go somewere or send a petition

you can move were 1 dk point went and have it moved to another spot of your choice.

IMO, a DK is like a donation. You spent your time to get that DK for that specific clan. Asking to have it moved is basically like asking for a donation back, we all know that is extremely BM.

your vote doesn't count cause your voteing no to something that wasn't suggested

also dks are stickyed to your char not clans lol
