... a new way to get donor stars?
i mean, stars are sexy, but we're not all capable of spending $ on getting them. So how about some kind of "system" so you can BUY stars with FG. With... lots of FG. Say, the cheapest star vs 1k fg or something. Cause right now, let's face it.. Nobody really does the whole "donate for me" thing. It's not that popular, is it? And who donates dollars? (besides clean1 and Adam, of course). Or, how about certain users "achieving" the right for a new star - let this be via immense amount of help and good spirits - or just because one has made an incredibly burn in the battlefield (and no, Logic., your posts never contain any kinds of burns towards anyone. At all.)
Seeing as our forum has recently received a few JR MODs, being temporary or not, this job of "noticing potential" could easily be something they could do as well.
Just a quick fresh up from this initial post (you know, to clear things up and let the lazy people just read this)
Talking about a new way to get them sexy stars:
*Buying stars with an immense amount of FG in the already existing shop (that way you can earn fg and spend it on stars or purchase fg and spend it on stars)
*Achieving the right to choose stars through dedicated work with the forum
*Receiving stars by posting hilarious bull shit in the Battlefield and/or delivering sick burns
*C-C-C-Combo!! :
Donate for the initial star and then being able to purchase the rest - sortof unlocking the ability to purchase stars.
T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-That's all folks.

I'm all for fairness, but in the end doesn't this negate donor star's original purpose?
There could be serious consequences also. Post counts would go up, yes, but who's to say this won't shock the donations coming in? And isn't Members++ the same concept?

From my point of view? Not really. This is just a way for people to get stars without spending their money. Just like the Donate For Me thread is intended to work. Only problem about that thread is, that we do not have a consistent amount of users, who willingly help others get stars. I'm just saying - we could have a section in the forum shoppe be "stars" and you could pay:
700 fg for the 2 $ star
1200 fg for the 5$ star
And so forth and so forth.

From my point of view? Not really. This is just a way for people to get stars without spending their money. Just like the Donate For Me thread is intended to work. Only problem about that thread is, that we do not have a consistent amount of users, who willingly help others get stars. Well, yeah.. I guess it might affect the donations. You would have to fix the FG amount you receive per $ donated so it would all be fair.
My point is just that we are some peeps with 3.4k fg that we use for nothing in particular.. Why not be able to buy new stars with it?

@tyreal there is a special tag you can buy with fg its called a members++ tag and costs 2.5k fg |
