Only for special people.
Other may only get locked accnts, suspensions or warnings.
It's in the best interest of the member to always contact a staff mod or admin of their situation and that there are 2 or 64 accounts from the same ip and explain.
If there are 64 accnts from same ip, all 64 accnts may get banned for the wrong actions of one person on that ip, maybe sometimes. Kinda, sorta.
