I suggest that after we download something that cost fg, we could re-downloading it at a rate of 0fg. Because many people have problem with it due to Anti-Virus deleting it. Some Anti-Virus automatic scan the computer and deleted it. That's when we can't get the fg to re-download it. If this would change it would be great! Sorry if this is an bad idea.

Proper precautions are a good practice.
Always store important information on back-up drives.

As of that. Anti-Virus will likely to deleted the file before you could unzip it.
And speaking of that, not all people have an extra external drive.
