why am i constantly loosing charm each day?
and how do i get my squire to a knight or a warlord?

it's like every new day i loose 2 charm points.

Not sure how your losing 2 charm, but your best bet is reading the text on the "It is a new day!" page.

If your charm gets low (mid teens) she wont put out, raise it above 20 before flirting again.
