Follow this guide (I download a lot of e-Books lol):
Download and install the latest version of Firefox.
Get the Greasemonkey add-on -> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748/
Get the user script that allows you to download Google books -> http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/37933
Get the DownThemAll! add-on -> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201/
Go to the book you want (in this case -> [ Book ])
Click the newly appearing "Download Book" button, and then have it grab the links for pages 1 thru however many pages there are.
Once that completes go to Tools -> DownThemAll! Tools -> DownThemAll!...
On the popup click the checkbox near the "Fast Filter"
For the textbox under Fast Filter type in *.png
Click the checkbox beside "Disable Other Filters"
Click Start!
Once the book is done downloading you can use free tools to turn them into a PDF. I prefer this one: http://www.a-pdf.com/image2pdf/index.htm
Just click on the free download trial version. Then go to File -> Add Image(s), from here you can select the images you downloaded (click at the top and hold Shift+Down arrow or hit CTRL+A if you have them all in one folder by themselves (helps to organize!)).
Now go to Action -> Build to One PDF
Done ^^.
