legal question for in the usa

i got a speeding ticket in utah. i live in cali. said call within 14 days of ticket. i did. $620 for it. ill explain little later.

Says if don't pay or don't contact they may put a warrant out for my arrest. i want to know if they really would do that. i don't think i want to pay the ticket.

110 in a 75 - $440
fail to use blinker - $90
following too close - $90

I have to either pay in full or make payment by 24th of this month. the address on the ticket and my license is no longer my house. but it is the address to my business. i live 1 mile east of my business. so they would have to catch me at work. im just wondering what i should do about this.

i am thinking of maybe to be save to call back up and make payment arragements. i don't have 600 on me right now i can give to them. i am going to vegas next month so ya.

I'd pay pretty quickly

paying and working>not paying and be in jail ( and not be able to make money by working)

what the hell are you talking about? negotiate. i called them monday and they said i can do payments. but i want to ask them if we can do a different way of payments. i don't want to lose my party money for this month and next month. gotta save up 500 for next month for vegas.

Goto court about the ticket, tell the judge Obama has not replied to you yet for the bailout but your expecting the bail out money in a week or so.

you know the best part about the fact i was pulled over and all that shit.

i was still buzzed while he was writing the ticket. lol. i was drunk when enterprise gave me the keys to the car. i was buzzed doing 110 in a 75 on the 15 south from salt late city, utah to las vegas, nevada. if you guys want ill scan a copy of my ticket and white out my last night, driver license, address stuff like that so you guys can see the ticket. its funny. i look at it every day i walk out and laugh.
