car business question

i had a stereo system installed in my car in may. has yr warranty on it. i dont know where my warranty recite for when i bought it is. but i went 3 times in 1 week cause i had to go back for them to fix the alarm each time. so they know who i am and my car. i need to have my amp checked cause its not working. if they try and say the amp is bad for any reason who cares why but they say cause i dont have the paper anyone think i could fight it and say fix it or ill put in a claim on BBB on them and their shity products and shity work...?
