Give users the options to by clans with banned leaders

I think in help of cleaning up old clans we should give users the options to by old clans where the leaders are banned and that have no members in it or like users that never come on.

Could put use to them etc.. etc..

i think the dead clans should just be removed from the clan list.

ancients (1 banned user in it) and pokerstars (zero users in it?) are two that immediately come to mind

I'm sure there is but it would be cool if some other wanted to run the clan.. Also the admins have access to every clans control panel. so they can accept the new user then switch ownership

The part about buying clans from banned users might help, but as far as buying clans from users who don't log on, we couldn't do that because what if they remember about this site and start using it again?

But I agree, clans that are owned by banned users as leaders should be purchasable in my opinion.
