I've already got it. Problem is ( probably ) with installed windows vista business
It uses alot of memory ( ~80% ) when everything is closed
Using few programms + a bot causes lags and high ping
Is there any way i can repair this?

Noooo.
Definitely not.
Vista uses a lot of memory on idle.
I'm using windows 7 with 4GB RAM and still uses 30-40% while idle.

Get a RAM upgrade, it's not expensive and easy to install.

I personally love xp a lot more than vista and 7 combined.

Not really. Since you can't back up drivers from vista to XP.. My advice is downgrade and then look for all the drivers manually after.

mine would be to look for the drivers first, sometimes companies do not provide XP drivers. you may need to improvise

You should downgrade to XP. In tests with the same tasks Vista is slower by 60-65% than XP.
The downgrade will require full reinstall the OS. Also, I think vendor like IBM will post the drivers for XP.

Either buy more ram or downgrade.
XP Professional is good.
I just bought a laptop today.
Windows 7 Home Premium, and with chrome, and 73 other processes running just misc shit.
Like Skype and all this ASUS garb and nod321 scanner.
Only around 3-30% CPU Usage.
Varies every once inawhile.
Only 4gb ram too.
