I would like it to have all the commands, like bla bla game is up by user xxx. Add friends, and all the commands like .kick .help .ban .flag

What you are asking for is stealthbot + plugins. There is no "all the commands" because there is literally dozens upon dozens of plugins.
For what you specified in your post you want BCP. Just download stealthbot and download BCP and you're good, not that difficult.
