Whats the difference between the rep bar under the avatar and the reputation in ones profile? Someone pm'd me an offer and I didn't see a rep bar under his avatar but in his profile he had 5. A little confused

This is maybe because you didnt got 25 Posts yet when you have 25 Posts you can give someone a Rep and you will see this then. smile
