I suggest the admin forbid using paypal for any transactions in S&T. Paypal can be allowed in the donor's forum. Also make accessing the donor's forum a tad more diffucult. Upping the amount required from 5 to 15 usd or 20 would do the trick.
It's ridiculously easy to chargeback. I have already lost 87,5 usd. sigh

I don't see why you being idiotic when using the S&T forum that we should make it more difficult for other users to use it.
Use pokerstars, WU, or whatever other system people use besides paypal to sell FG or whatever items you are selling.
No one is forcing you to use paypal.

Sorry for your loss man, luckily I haven't been scammed yet. I always research ppl I trade with, whether its browsing the s&t forum or the s/a forum. Its usually easy to spot a scammer for there multiple threads but no rep points. I also look out certain personality traits. Like if someone is using nn profanity and just acting childish well, he probably doesn't have any money. But anyways, better luck next time.

I personally do not think there should be any problem with paypal being used, however, perhaps the site could implement a "feedback" like eBay has. After a sale goes through the user could record PERMANENTLY ON THE SELLER/BUYERS account, how the trade went. |

So it would kind of be like giving them a positive or negative reputation and all this would be on a page linked to the person's account.
I really wish d3jsp would implement a system like that. It would help a lot.
