I only use Windows firewall, because I usally have a better firewall, it is called unplugging the ethernet cable! _____________________

THEN YOU CAN'T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING!!!
the bst fire wall is mcafee... it soo good nothing gets in... and when people are trying to access your computer it tells you their ip address and traces it to a location on the map lol... its soo good!! _____________________

Then when I want to download something I just plug the cable in then unplug it.

my firewall is better than McAfee, nothing gets in, when people try to hack me I do not care because they can't.... Mine even takes it further, nothing gets out. _____________________

its good yes... but most of the time people hack you when your online... cause i turn my comps off when i am not using them lol!!
kinda like the same thing but with out going in to the back to plug or unplug the cable lol...
lazy people wouldn't use your method... lol _____________________

cause we are going off topic here...
the person who started this thread wanted to know what firewall is good, because he really needs one, meaning he or she does not want to unplug the cable or click the disable button, but simply asking for a fire wall...
so yeah...
i suggest mcafee... its the best i have seen so far... _____________________

I think that Windows firewall will be fine under normal conditions, but yeah McAfee is OK. _____________________

| ZoneAlarm for me, cheap and easy to use, Mcafee is a bit of a nagger, sort of like vista, using it with Norton IS is pretty nice too. |
