I believe a staff member should speak and write fluent English.

I won't mention any names but I see several staff members that post in topics and it's honestly hard to understand what they're trying to get across.

You don't need to know english to be a moderator.
What if someone gets scammed and posts their proof in spanish? A person whos only fluent in english wouldn't be able to help.

English means nothing to doing a job as a moderator

English has not much to do with judging whether or not someone is spamming or scamming

Closing this. It is pointless, we keep/put staff on who we feel should be on staff. Sorry if anyone has a problem with how we work the system.
