I propose all software trades (like bots, pvp hacks, other things of the like)
must provide source with the trade, and that if the person does not have the source, they should not be able to sell the software.
Why?
1) The software may be licensed under GPL or private
- this would make the trade illegal by Digital Millennium Copyright Act, DMCA
2) The software may contain malicious components
- keyloggers, bot net, DDOS host
3) If the trader does not have the source, they probably did not write the software, nor do they have the rights to sell such software.
As far as I know, this site is not a "warez" site, so such activity should not be supported.

Irrelevant because I KNOW that you are.
It IS enforced actually, a source is needed before you can sell any kind of program, pretty much to prove you're not selling someone elses work.

Most people are noobs at programming and have no idea how to spot hacks/keyloggers, even with open source. So enforcing it wouldn't do much.

yeah your downs is definitely showing lol, there are at least 3 people selling pvp hacks in the selling and trading sections right now, none of them have sources to what they are selling
why should it not be allowed altogether? if you have the source and cant spot the keylogger then you probably shouldn't be using the software
this isnt even about keyloggers only, it but the other violations
