tell me all what the best build is for the demonhunter

Well considering skills are fixed, really depends on what gear you have/want. I recomend a good mix of Vit/Dex for inferno. But that kinda means you need expensive gear. If not go glass cannon and kite. Hope this helps

Max dex setup
Max life setup
Max all res setup (no need for int : low add res and you don't get damage from it).
Max ias setup
Don't use 2 hands crossbow even with 20% ias, it sucks.
Use 2 hands bow with 1.6 atk/sec at least (17%+ ias i think) with higher dps you can get.
Or you can use 1 hand crossbow but highly dps possible (mass ias base but low average dps)
Dps > stats on weapon, Prefer to get 800-1k2 dps magic stuff than rare 600-700 even if you want stats, get them from other part of your stuff.
Use a quiver, mass dext, regen hatred + max discipline (rare ones get more ias at higher lvl 14-15% even more i think ?)
Use the best vita gem in your helm
Emerald everywhere else.

With average build you could get :
300-350 @ res
25k life
25k dps
2k5 armor
a 50 ish mf + nef buff lvl 5 = 125 mf.

my demon hunter sucks ass..
he got 1200 dex, 1050 dps crossbow and still only does 18k dmg without sharpshooter.. wtf?
