I, personally, and at this moment, switch between much damage dealt with meteor and some backup spells and an all out cold offensive with nova, blizz and ray of frost. I change my passive skills to match up, depending on whether I'm dealing fire damage or cold damage. I'm obviously playing wiz...
I also change it up if I'm with a party of a few people or if I'm soloing. I need better gear for higher damage though - just figured out that a ruby in your weapon is super fucking OP. Imba 2tm, bros.
