i sold a item for my battle net balance but is there any way to transfer it to my paypal?

if not i was thinking the best way would be to get a friend to post a item and i would buy it, it would go to his paypal then he can send me it via paypal

There's no option to transfer money from your battle net balance to your paypal, but what you suggested would work if you truly trust that friend, otherwise you could just buy an item that you know will easily sell, and then sell it again.
