Here's what I think would work well for this UI option.
-Drag an item into the UI
-UI lists out all the affixes currently on it with check boxes next to them
-You can check any number of them and click "Refine"
-Upon clicking refine one of three things happens:
----It gives you an error because you didn't select any affixes
----It gives you an error because you didn't leave at least three affixes unchecked
----It redistributes the selected affixes RANDOMLY to the remaining affixes.

the account has 57 mil kinah. The ranger has about 53 plat badges. The templar has a good tanking set on as well.
