A split between Tokyo Gore Police and Sukiyaki Western Django for crazy Japanese movies
For Best Short, I'd soooo have to go for Treevenge; any of you that haven't seen this masterpiece really should.
Same goes for the 2 movies.

Sukiyaki Western Django is out on DVD, so you can probably find it somewhere tongue
As for Tokyo Gore Police, it's only been premiered at various film festivals in North America so far.
Treevenge is a short, so you probably won't be able to find that anywhere
Who knows though.
